Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Cockpit, a proprietary internal operations tool of wynwood tech LLC. Cockpit is used solely by wynwood tech LLC and its authorized personnel to manage internal business operations, including talent-contractor records, client engagement and billing data, internal communications, and accounting integration with QuickBooks Online. Personal data processed by Cockpit (including contractor and client contact information) is collected for the sole purpose of wynwood tech’s normal business operations and is not shared with third parties except (a) where strictly required to deliver the relevant operation (for example, transmitting invoice data to QuickBooks Online under our authorized OAuth integration), and (b) where required by applicable law. Cockpit does not serve external users, does not collect data from the general public, does not run advertising or third-party analytics tracking, and does not resell data. Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure under wynwood tech LLC’s account, with EU-relevant data subject to GDPR.
