End-User License Agreement

This software (“Cockpit”) is a proprietary internal operations tool of wynwood tech LLC, a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Miami, Florida, USA, and its affiliate wynwood tech solutions GmbH(Berlin, Germany). Access is restricted to authorized wynwood tech personnel, contractors, and franchisees who have been explicitly granted login credentials. Use of the software is governed by each user’s underlying employment, contractor, or franchise agreement with wynwood tech; no separate end-user license is granted to the general public, and no external download, install, or sign-up is offered. The software is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, and wynwood tech LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the software and any associated data, code, and configuration.
